I’m Chris Slavin, a Harvard MBA with experience in transforming medical (provider centric) services into consumer-focused offerings. In 2001, I began investigating body modification, tattooing and laser tattoo removal.  I met with the top researchers and read many science papers. I also met with people in the Tattoo and tattoo removal business. It took a nano second to see that laser tattoo removal rhad fizeally needed to change.  Prices were very high, quality was low and there was a lot of disrespect and judgment : “Mistake”, “Regret” and “Shame” were mainstays in promoting removal services. You don’t need an MBA to know that it’s probably not a good strategy to shame clients into buying a service. But that’s what they were all doing.

I think tattoos are cosmetic decisions and so is removing them. Both are a bit painful but can and should be positive experiences. Zapatat removes unwanted Ink faster than anyone, but what we really love is serving customers and making sure they feel cared for and respected. Clients often complement our customer service. One client left a 5-star review that said “For a painful treatment, it was a great experience.”.  Well, that sums it up!
